This Shipping & Pickup Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, insured, and made available for pickup when applicable.

Nightshade Kink Works is located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, and ships to customers in Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

In-stock orders usually receive shipping confirmation within 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed.

This timeframe refers to when your order is packed, prepared, and a shipping confirmation or tracking number is created. Carrier transit time begins after the package has been picked up or accepted by the shipping carrier.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, material availability, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Custom, personalized, modified, commissioned, and made-to-order items do not follow the standard 2 to 5 business day processing window. Turnaround times for custom orders are decided individually with the customer based on the details of the order, materials required, production time, and current workload.

Custom orders may also be subject to unforeseen delays. If a delay occurs, Nightshade Kink Works will communicate the issue clearly and provide updates as appropriate.

If your order includes both in-stock and custom or made-to-order items, the full order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and a tracking number has been created.

Shipping Carriers

Nightshade Kink Works ships orders using:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • Purolator

The available carrier options may depend on your location, package size, package weight, shipping speed, carrier availability, and checkout options.

We reserve the right to choose or change the shipping carrier when needed to complete delivery, improve shipping reliability, avoid service disruptions, or correct a shipping issue.

Tracking and Insurance

All Nightshade Kink Works orders are shipped with full tracking.

All orders are also shipped with insurance.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or through the contact method provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information. Tracking may not appear immediately after the shipping label is created.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Nightshade Kink Works is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, border processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders shipped within Canada may be delivered by Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

Tracking and insurance are included on every order.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, carrier, and selected shipping service.

Shipping to the United States

Nightshade Kink Works ships to customers in the United States.

US orders may be shipped by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or a partner carrier after the package crosses the border.

Tracking and insurance are included on every order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products ordered from Nightshade Kink Works can legally be imported, received, owned, and used in their location.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, tariffs, or other charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Nightshade Kink Works is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, refused shipments, border inspections, seizure, or legal issues caused by products being restricted or prohibited in the customer’s location.

If a package is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect import information, refusal to accept delivery, or import restrictions, any refund or credit will be reviewed after the package is returned to us and inspected.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund or store credit.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Nightshade Kink Works is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Insurance Claims

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at:

We may need to open an investigation or insurance claim with the carrier.

Customers may be required to cooperate with the carrier investigation, provide photos, confirm delivery details, keep packaging, complete forms, or respond to carrier questions.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits for lost or damaged packages may be delayed until the carrier investigation or insurance claim is completed.

Nightshade Kink Works reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, carrier findings, insurance coverage, and applicable law.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed. The carrier may require packaging photos or inspection as part of an insurance claim.

Discreet Shipping

Nightshade Kink Works understands that privacy and discretion matter.

Orders are packaged as discreetly as reasonably possible.

Where possible, we avoid unnecessary product-identifying language on the outside of the package. However, carrier labels, customs forms, return addresses, business names, and legally required shipping information may still appear on the shipment.

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs forms may require accurate product descriptions and values.

Local Pickup

Discreet local pickup may be available when offered or arranged by Nightshade Kink Works.

Power Up Gaming is not a retail location for Nightshade Kink Works products.

Nightshade Kink Works inventory is not stored or displayed at Power Up Gaming, and products are not available there for browsing, walk-in purchase, or retail shopping.

Only completed orders that have been placed through the Nightshade Kink Works website and paid in full will be processed and made available for local pickup.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before proceeding to the store location. Arriving before your pickup confirmation may result in your order not being available.

For questions about Nightshade Kink Works orders, please contact Nightshade Kink Works directly. Power Up Gaming should not be contacted for Nightshade Kink Works product questions, custom order questions, shipping questions, or order support unless specifically instructed.

Pickup Requirements

If local pickup is arranged, you may be required to provide:

  • Order confirmation
  • Name on the order
  • Photo identification
  • Pickup confirmation email or message

Orders will only be released once they are paid in full, processed, and confirmed as ready for pickup.

If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, you must contact us in advance. We may require written permission and the pickup person’s name before releasing the order.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable time after being marked ready for pickup.

If a pickup order is not collected, we may contact you to arrange pickup or convert the order to shipping at your expense.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and final sale items remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy even if they are not picked up.

Order Changes After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, redirect the package, cancel the shipment, or modify the order.

If a carrier allows an address correction, redirect, hold, or delivery change, additional fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless the change is due to an error by Nightshade Kink Works.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in more than one package.

This may happen because of package size, product availability, custom work, carrier requirements, or shipping efficiency.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, or undeliverable, we will review the order once it is returned to us.

Depending on the situation, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense, issue store credit, or issue a refund after deducting applicable costs.

Deductions may include:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Customs or brokerage fees
  • Non-recoverable payment processing costs
  • Restocking fees, where applicable
  • Costs related to damaged or unsellable returned items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items may not be eligible for refund if returned, refused, abandoned, or undeliverable.
