Nightshade Kink Works offers custom and made-to-order work.

Custom, personalized, modified, commissioned, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has begun. This includes design work, material preparation, cutting, printing, assembly, production, or any other meaningful step toward completing the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom details before work begins, including sizing, colour, wording, design elements, materials, hardware, and other requested features.

Custom orders may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed upon.

Pricing, Availability, and Errors

We do our best to keep all pricing, product information, availability, shipping rates, and website content accurate. However, errors may happen.

Nightshade Kink Works reserves the right to correct errors, update information, refuse orders, cancel orders, or contact customers for clarification if an item is listed incorrectly, priced incorrectly, unavailable, affected by a technical error, or otherwise inaccurate.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will be refunded according to the payment method used at checkout.
